1 day UK Autumn Ride 2026

A Bespoke London‑to‑Europe Cycling Challenge
That Drives Fundraising Forward

Organising an internal cycling event often means juggling multiple stakeholders, managing risk concerns, and coordinating suppliers.

We take that off your plate.

We plan and deliver guided rides for corporate teams, where everything is designed around your group, from route and distance to pacing, support, and overall experience.

What clients usually care about (and what we handle):

  • Liability and safety: every route is recce’d, risk assessed, and delivered by our own vetted crew
  • Experience: small guided groups matched by ability, so no one is left behind or out of their depth
  • Simplicity: one supplier managing logistics, rather than coordinating multiple providers
  • Outcome: an event that genuinely builds connection, not just another diary entry

We’ll also guide you on what will actually work for your team and what to avoid.

If you’re planning something for autumn, We’re happy to talk through a format that fits your people and your objectives.

The ride will start in London (exact location TBC). You will need to meet there at 08:00 on Friday 2nd October, ready to go by 08:30 for your briefing. Riders will finish on Saturday 3rd October, in Amsterdam at approximately 17:00. On Sunday 4th October, all riders will have free time to explore the city before heading back to the UK.

Participants will have the choice to start in London for the full ride or join at the halfway point on day 1 in Chelmsford for a shorter ride. The shorter ride will be approximately 70km.
