Day 1 Travel
Challengers arrive at the hotel at their leisure. You’ll have time to meet the pie crew and your bike guides, who will help with bike fits etc that evening.
Day 2
We wake for an early breakfast before moving through to the safety briefing. It’s then out on our bikes in guided groups as we begin the Challenge!
We ride out of the coastal town of Lynmouth and soon pick up the East Lyn River, before crossing up and over the valleys within Exmoor National Park. It’s a hilly route, but we have several options catering for all levels of cyclist.
There will be a mid-ride refreshment stop, before continuing our way west towards the transition zone in the rural village of Parracombe.
A hike only option can be provided for those not wanting to ride.
There’s time for a spot of lunch, and then we swap two wheels for two feet as we being the next stage of the Challenge – the afternoon hike.
Our trek guides will take over from this point and lead you across towards the coast. There are few challenging hills between us and the finish line; however the sea air will spur us on towards Lynmouth and well deserved celebratory drink!
You’ll have time to shower and change before a wonderful meal in the evening.
Day 3
Breakfast is taken at your leisure, before departing for home.
