Bike4Kef – Sunday 3rd July 2022

  • July 3, 2022
    8:00 am - 5:00 pm

pie is pleased to work with Kef Kids in delivering their annual Bike4Kef ride! This is our first year working with the charity, although the ride is already a well-established fixture in their annual calendar of events.

KEF is a London-based charity supporting the lives of children and young adults with physical and learning disabilities and their families. KEF is dedicated to offering friendship and fun to its participants, giving them opportunities that help them to thrive, whilst providing their parents and families with much needed respite. KEF provides out of school activities, recreational events and residential trips including summer and winter sleep-away camps.

With two route options, refreshment stops, mechanical and medical support, this is really a great day out for all abilities!

Date of ride:

Sunday 3rd July 2022

There will be two options – either 60miles (100km), or 100miles (160km).

Route is subject to change:

  • 2 x new routes
  • Head out of London, into the beautiful countryside
  • Three mid-ride refreshment stops
  • Over 200 cyclists

2022 will be the 8th Bike4Kef ride, with almost £4 million being raised in total since 2014! We start at the Kef Centre in Hendon, before heading out of the city and into the beautiful countryside. We briefly enter the Chilterns, before returning back to London for a celebratory finish at Brent Green.

The 60mile (100km) route will be fully signed, whilst those on the 100mile (160km) route will receive route files to follow. Bike4Kef volunteers will be on hand to provide medical and mechanical support, along with plenty of food and drinks at the 3 x refreshment stops! Friends and family are welcome to attend to give the cyclists some much needed encouragement along the way!

pie is responsible for event routing and signage on the day.
