Join people from across the Advertising, Marketing and Media industry on National Stress Awareness Day to Walk and Talk for NABS.

Is it taking place on National Stress Awareness day 1st November in central London from 9am – 1pm.

It will be a 13km walk along the Thames, from Hammersmith to Lambeth. Registration opens at 9am for a 9.30am start.

There will be an accessible route, with refreshment and comfort breaks at the start, middle and end of the route.

You will have the opportunity to walk with the industry to advance your mental wellness.

Meet NABS Advisors and coaches who will be walking with you to support you along the way.

Join Creative agencies, media agencies, media owners, ad tech and clients all walking the talk

Maximum 40 industry companies’ capacity so register your company now to avoid missing out.

Utilise your company volunteer day to come and support NABS.

Maximum of 15 employees per company.

£2,000 minimum entry from corporate sign off, company fundraiser or team challenge on JustGiving.

Registration will open at 09:00 and the walk will start at 09:30, with a briefing just beforehand.

The route starts at Hammersmith Club Society. It will then head east along the River Thames towards Albert Bridge. Here you will cross to the north side of the river for a couple of KMs before heading back to the southside across Chelsea Bridge. You will then follow the bends of the river until our final destination in Lambeth.

Along the way you will see some famous sites such as, the mile post for Oxford-Cambridge boat race, Leg O Mutton nature reserve, Battersea Power Station and Craven Cottage (home of Fulham Football Club).

pie are unique in the industry offering only bespoke guided rides & hikes for companies, charities and groups of individuals.

Looking After You
The event is fully supported with pie crew on the route, support vehicles, tour leaders and medics. You will receive a refreshment stop and a substantial lunch. Every hiker will be given an emergency contact card with details of who they can call to ask for assistance if required.
