Jerry Lawson

Jerry has recently joined the PIE Events team, but his connection with PIE stretches back more than 20 years. A PIE client since 2005, passionate cyclist, endurance athlete and experienced event organiser, Jerry brings a unique blend of sporting passion, commercial experience and hands-on event expertise.

His love of events started at 13, when he organised a cycling adventure around the Isle of Wight for three friends. Since then, he has completed 13 marathons, numerous triathlons and Ironman-distance races, including competing at the Hawaii Ironman World Championship in 2001.

Jerry’s event experience includes organising triathlons across Europe and playing a key role at London 2012, managing the Olympic Triathlon run course and operations at Box Hill for the Olympic Road Cycling events. He also organises the Windlesham Boxing Day Pram Race, raising more than £14,000 annually for local charities. Away from events, Jerry’s love of cycling helped him co-found Frog Bikes
