Having been a client of pie’s for 9 years Kat left her job as Fundraising Manager at GroceryAid in 2016 and joined us as a cycle guide and tour leader.
Kat is a Yoga and Wellness Coach working with people 1:1 to help them create sustainable and simple wellness practices that enhance their wellbeing. She also provides Wellbeing Workshops to a number of corporate clients, sharing with them tools to manage stress, avoid burnout and form sustainable healthy habits. Outside of work and cycling Kat’s current passion is Crossfit, competing in competitions across Thailand where she now spends most of her time. She loves the variety of Crossfit and the community that comes with it. There is always something new to learn or improve and she finds this helps her in her other sporting interests – especially to conquer those hills in the UK when she returns home.
Kat has completed numerous London to Paris rides, Coast to Coast rides, Ride Londons and other sportives. She also completed her first 70.3 Ironman (a half Ironman) in 2016 in Weymouth and is keen to do a full one in the near future. Her fitness goals for 2023 include taking part in a long distance ocean swim and more Crossfit competitions.
