Tour of Mallorca
Escape to Mallorca for a premium cycling experience, where sun-drenched roads, challenging climbs, and Mediterranean indulgence await. The Tour of Mallorca is crafted around our proven formula for success, expertly guided daily rides, flexible route options tailored to ability, full support vehicle coverage, three curated nutrition stops each day, post-ride recovery meals, exceptional evening dining, handpicked accommodation, seamless airport transfers and, of course, world-class cycling.
Mallorca, the crown jewel of Spain’s Balearic Islands, spans approximately 110 km in length and 76 km in width. With over 550 km of coastline, its coastal roads offer uninterrupted views and smooth tarmac ideal for endurance riding. The northwest is dominated by the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and elite training ground for professional teams, featuring iconic ascents like Sa Calobra, Puig Major, and Coll de Sóller.

Sicily, nestled like a jewel at the toe of Italy’s boot, is the largest and most populous island in the Mediterranean. Famed for its dramatic landscapes, UNESCO World Heritage sites, and the ever-active Mount Etna, it offers an unforgettable blend of culture, history, and world-class cycling.
Our routes trace the paths of the pros, following segments of the Giro d’Italia and the Giro di Sicilia, including the legendary ascents of Mount Etna. First featured in 1967 and again in 1989, Etna was absent from the Giro for years, until its triumphant return in 2011. Since then, it has featured six times, each ascent varying in route and difficulty depending on the chosen approach and summit finish.
Between the mountain and its surrounding villages lies an extraordinary mix of terrain and scenery, often framed by the dramatic silhouette of Etna in the morning or softened by the rolling clouds that gather around its crater by afternoon. From its slopes, panoramic views stretch across the coastline to mainland Italy, Greece, and the Arab world, all cultures that have shaped Sicily’s rich and layered identity.

This is Portugal as you have never seen it before. From the dramatic scenery of Europe’s most south-westerly point, Sagres, we ride to the spa town of Monchique and Algarve’s highest climb, down through the hills and valleys to Vilamoura and then up to remote countryside as we head east to the Spanish border. The route is based around the Volta ao Algarve and gives you the chance to take on the mighty Foia and Alto do Malhão.

This September, Compass Carter Osborne (CCO) will take on their annual TB100 Ride in support of Spread a Smile. Participants will tackle one of two challenging routes—either 100 miles or 100km—through the hills of Kent. Last year, the team raised an incredible £11,600.
Spread a Smile brings joy and laughter to seriously ill and hospitalised children, supporting them and their families during long and difficult hospital stays. Each year, the charity reaches thousands of children and teenagers through hospital visits, special outings, creative art initiatives, and memorable events.
