Ride Support Services We Offer
Route Plotting
Do you know of an area you would really like to ride in but are stuck on how to go about planning a route? We can do this for you. With or without a recce. Anywhere in the UK or Europe for one day or multi day rides. We also have a vast array of routes throughout the UK and Europe which are proven and ready to go.
Bike & Luggage Transfer
So you’ve got a route and hotels but aren’t too keen on carrying your own gear? We can provide you “a man / woman with a van” anywhere in the UK or Europe, for one day or multi day rides. We can also arrange to have your bikes taken to your chosen start location and back from the finish.
Bike Guides
Haven’t yet got the confidence to set off on your own? We do! We have over a 100 guides willing to tackle varying speeds, all with a huge amount of experience. They are able to lead you around the UK or Europe. We’ll choose the right person to match your challenge. They can also help with first aid and minor mechanical issues.
Mechanics
Love the cycling but not sure about what to do if the machinery goes wrong? We have mechanics who can be at the start of sportives checking bikes or tailing the peloton to keep you on the road. They'll have all the tools, spares and expertise to keep you pedalling and if that doesn't work, they'll have a spare bike you can hop on.
Man or Woman Power
If you are looking for a specific type of job to be done on your event, we have a vast list of capable and experienced staff who can help. It could be with registration at the start of a ride, help with food stops, manning junctions, collecting bikes, transporting luggage etc. You name it and we have probably done it.
Medic & Physio
We have loads of amazing medics and physios on our books. They range from nurses, paramedics, doctors, armed forces medics and work on our events just for the fun of it. Usually they would ride in a support vehicle but we also have medics happy to be on bikes if you'd prefer. We recommend having 1 medic for every 50 riders.
Accommodation
We can help source appropriate accommodation for your event. If you have a budget, location, number of people and standard of accommodation you are looking to stay in then we can help. We have stayed in everything from hostels to private houses to luxury hotels throughout the UK and Europe so can meet any requirements.
Pre-Event Services
Need some help with the admin? That's where we step in. We can create a webpage exclusively for you and take registrations, obtain relevant paperwork required for travelling in to Europe (e.g. ATA carnet for bikes), liaise with hotels and arrange for your travel (e.g. coach hire, ferry crossing etc.) as well as so much more.
